The 2017 Q7 came new with 235 45R20 Goodyear Eagle Sports.
I put 53,000 miles on them and didn't have to replace them if it was May in Wisconsin instead of December.
Bought the exact replacements and have had no issues.
The early run flats probably were uncomfortable or quick to wear out, but today's tires are great.
Very much recommend run flats.
