Front wipers not working.

Front wipers not working.
My Audi A3 2007 2.0 TDI wipers all of a sudden stopped working in the park position and before I buy a new motor I want to check the fuse and relay but have no idea were they are or relay number. I have tested the input to motor and got 1 constant live and 2 constant earths, when I switch the wipers on there is no change on the input plug. Can any body help, thanks in advance.
