Mechatronics TCU Rebuild?
Hello,
While perusing the interwebs, I found an electronics refurbishing website that specialized in servos and/or control modules. They had an option specifically for the 8p Mechatronics TCU; does anybody have any experience with this?
Cheers

I have the whole slate of good working solenoids off a mechatronic that had a failed circuit board.
You can also get them individually if you know which one is faulty, it was a shop that sold tranny parts in Florida.

Interesting thread to me....
My 8p when downshifting from second to first is often "rough" and if I then get on the gas there's a loud thud from the drivetrain. Does that suggest mechatronic failure ?
It's almost as though some sort of slack builds up in the drivetrain then when I get back on the gas the slack gets taken up with a bang....
