Ok changed the main fan and its still doing it. Goddamit Back to the drawing board.

The fan controller is in the center of the fan. So yes changed fan and Controller.

So an update on the fans going for about 5 minutes after turning engine off.
I replaced the main fan which has a module inside and also the coolant tempurate sensor to the engine block. Didnt fix the problem.Ended up being the thermostat. Thank you and good night.
