just bought my first audi. a3. used. 2015 model. nice car. not sure about a button on the overhead console. there are only a couple. map lights. sun roof. but there's a button for which i don't know the function. no information in the owner's manual. does anyone have any information on all of the possible buttons on the overhead panel? the button depresses and stays depressed until you click it again. the icon is rectangle with what appears to be a door opened on it. the car is parked too far to grab a quick pic but thought i'd post here anyhow. thanks for any insight.

I have the A4 (2009) and you forced me to go into my garage and take a look. I never paid attention to it. But the button on the 2009 overhead console shows a car door open and when I push it, the overhead console lights come on. Your 2015 may be different and I thought there was a "universal" garage door open button on the console also. So I guess I have not really answered your question, but after all these years I now know what one of those buttons is for. :-)
