Hey maybe a dumb noob question but does this model a3 come in a quattro?

Yes...it's not the same quattro system in 4 which is a dedicated awd system...the A3 uses a Haldex system and is mostly front wheel drive with the rear wheels to help in times of need. There is however a Gen 4 Haldex controller that actively changes that configuration to wheels gets most of the power and the front wheels assist. I have this done and it's much better...imo....
