Default Reasonable price for A3?

I am in the market for a 2015 or 2016 A3 in the New York/New Jersey area. Anyone know what reasonable pricing is - dealer invoice +/- $$$? Also, I'm a bit new to the process, what are the "fees" I should expect to pay when they calculate the cost of the car - I know there's taxes, destination charge, etc...

Thanks

I live in Seattle and have found a 2.0 Quattro Premium Plus, 19K miles, Driver assist package and convenience package. No navi. They are asking $27,850 and that's the best deal I've seen around here.
