Someone please help me! I just bought this A3 Quattro a few weeks ago. I was just at Audi to get my plates. The guy put them on and then I mentioned that I was going to a car wash to get the snow stains off my car. He then said I could take it through the dealer car wash if I wanted. So I said okay. We go through it and half way through the car gets struck. The front left end hit a metal bar. I backed up and tried going forward again. Hit the same bar. Finally I backed all the way out and just went through. However, I'm at home now and my car is making a siren noise after turning the car off. It lasts about 15 seconds and then stops. Also, when the car is on, there is an intermittent hissing sound coming from the front tire area where the bar was hit. I taped the siren noise and attached it to this post. Can someone tell me what it is please??

Quite a story. I'm surprised this dealer had a car wash like that. I've never heard of anybody reversing their car in a car wash. Why would you do that? I would have stayed put in my car until they stopped it and retrieved you from your car. I say if your car is damaged from their wash they should pay to repair your car. File a claim with their insurance afetr you have your car looked at by another Audi dealer. Good luck.
