You will need a set of lights (inner and outer for each side), a set of wiring harness adaptors (x4) and will need to do some recoding using VCDS (aka VAG-COM).
I've done the retrofit on a mate's 2008 S5 - allow about an hour by the time you run the wires etc.
Kufatec sell the harnesses and a module for the recoding. The LED lights can be had from the usual range of sources (ECS, BKS, Europrice etc).

Don't think there is any difference with the tail lights between the A5/S5/RS5.
There is obviously two sets of LED tail light designs though - the pre facelift and the post facelift.

Which would be the better choice from those 3 places to source a complete kit from to have shipped to Ontario, Canada?
What would be a reasonable price for this conversion these days?
