I used a BOSS Frequency converter $15 on Amazon. It uses the rear speaker wire (input), and outputs RCA cables (internally converts from High Frequency to Low). You connect your amp to these RCA cables and done. I installed amp/sub in 2013 A5 this weekend. Here is thread.

I'm having trouble wiring.
I plugged my remote wire into this fuse and I I get no power to my amp.
I went with the iSimple but I can't figure out where this last wire is supposed to be plugged into.
I'm not sure where to connect my RCA either. Please help

Been watching this unfold - has anyone been able to take a B&O system and repurpose it into an old classic car?
This is where its is from - 2010 Audi S5 Bang & Olufsen Sound System with the Lear Amp.
Its optical...how do you power it and get it to work outside of an Audi car?
