The PIAA Plasma Ion yellow bubls have been installed and I really like them. Very yellow light on the ground. I haven't tried them in the fog but I'm certain they'll work better than the OEM pale yellow bulbs that were on the car originally and they supposedly last a long time. Although they are expensive, if you want super yellow then this is the way to go.
