2015 a5 mmi Video formats
Looking for the best possible video format to use on an SD card. Open to any file converting software. I already have handbreak, Xilisoft, and iwisoft with little success.

If you have an iPhone you can play video from it thru the red AMI cable.
Format is 640x480 max, with Handbrake x264 Tune = none, H.264 Profile = baseline, H.264 level = 3.0, audio AAC (core audio) Dolby Pro Logic II, Samplerate = Auto, Bitrate = 160. This should also work with the SD cards.
If you have an iPad connected you can go with a much higher resolution and H.264 level. This does not work with any iPhone above 4S with a 30-pin to lightning adapter. It may work with the new lightning red AMI cable when available in the US.
