2015 Audi A5 Premium Plus 36 mo Lease Rates?
Looking at a loaded 2015 Audi A5 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus lease: 3Yr/12K or 3Yr/10K.
Tech Pkg/Prem Plus/Sport Plus/Sport/B&O/Ash Brwn Inlay/Manual 6spd
MSRP is $50,795, Sale Price is $47,500.
Can you please advise on money factor & residual rate for both 10K miles/yr and 12K miles/yr?
Also is there a sweet spot lease that provides the best value?

1. Go zero down. Added monthly cost (typically $5K) is negligible ($160 for 36 months plus if you total it gap insurance doesn't cover it.
2. Ask for and get the acquisition or loyalty or both spiffs. Until 2 or 3 January if you or spouse/family own a BMW or MB you get $1,000. If you or family own an 01 or newer Audi, you get $1500.
3. Residual on our A5 was 60%! The car is more likely to be worth about 50% after three years. We don't intend to buy it, unlike the C5 2K4.2A6Q we bought in 2000 with a 57% residual (worth more than that by about $5K 39 months later).
4. Lease factor might be adjustable depending on your FICO.
Scheduled maintenance is not included these days on the A5 but you can prepay the scheduled maintenance for the warranty period at about 50% off.
Depending on where you live/drive, a tire/wheel warranty is worth it…bought it for wifey. I'm pretty sure we'll make it back in a year or two. Two tires/wheels and we're even.
