Throw Out Bearing and Sleeve
Suggest you ask them if they are following European TPI 2021653/4.
There should be 3 parts replaced based on the information I have found.
These parts are typically special order from Germany at this point.
If they are not using the newly designed parts it may not solve the problem.

Here we go again with the stealerships :-(
I stopped using the dealership service departments on my A4 after the 50K because the service sucked (at three different dealers I tried), back then maintenance was included till 50k, not anymore.. may have to bring my a5 to my indy mechanic after my first service as well depending on how this work goes. so much for listening to the customer.

If they have not started work on your car I would stop them.
Ask to speak to the dealer service manager, and ask that he contact his Technical Field Manager (or whatever title the district service manager has).
They can get the TPI from Germany if they try hard enough.
Your dealership and AoA are just lazy and frustrated with the system.
This TPI was released in Europe in October 2009, the relationship (information flow) between NA and Germany just works very badly. IMHO

Don't know what systems Audi dealerships are using. Personally I have always used Erwin.com, and find it very easy to use. Plus, all information you really need is there firsthand, directly from Audi AG.

I picked up my car today after having the parts replaced per the TSB that has not been released in the US. Read my prior posts if you're unfamiliar with this.
Although I have only driven 20 miles or so, I can say that the repairs appear to have solved the problem of the sticky clutch. The feel of the clutch is much different, smooth of course, but a bit less pressure is needed to depress the pedal.
Here is a list of parts that appear on my repair order. According to the mechanic who performed the repairs, The "B Ball Pin" is the part that has been obviously redesigned with different geometry. The part is about 1/2 inch longer than the part replaced.
1 OB1-141-719-J Lever
1 OB1-141-777-B Ball Pin
1 OB1-141-751 Piece
1 8K0-721-257-A Cylinder
3 N-911-507-01 Cyl Screw
4 N-911-532-01 Cyl Screw
1 012-141-741 Spring
1 OB4-198-165 Bearing
3 N-911-296-01 Cyl Screw
2 N-911-299-01 Bolt
2 1K0-721-741 Washer
6 N-911-432-02 Screw
6 N-911-308-01 Nut
The repair order states that the 30411950 Release Lever was removed and reinstalled as well as the 30521950 clutch pressure plate was removed and reinstalled.
20 miles does not prove this beyond any doubt for me, but I am very encouraged by the fact that this mileage before would 100% of the time have resulted in the sticky clutch.
I will report more after many weekend miles.

Same problem here in Romania, only with the 3.0 TDI engine in my A5. I esentially have the same problem, only that is was accompanied by a strange noise, like a vooom when depressing the clutch at high revs. The car stayed in service for 1 month, during which the dealer replaced both the flywheel and clutch at MY expense - note the car was under warranty. Needless to say, it didn't solve anything - I feel I wasted a perfectly good pairing of clutch and flywheel.
Indeed, the problem does seem to be the 'fork' on which the throw-out bearing stays - some people with B8 A4's have had this replaced under a TSB and repoerted no further problems. Surprisingly, such a TSB is NOT available for the A5 apparently.
I have decided to just ignore it (in the end, in my case at least, the squeak goes away after 30 minutes of driving) - I'll just pay for the 'fork' at the next clutch / flywheel replacement.
