I have used Centric pads on my RS4 and Q5 as they are much less dust than OEM. The initial bite is not quite the same but they are good.

See signature. I'm using Hawk pads. Same feedback as Reggie. Bite is a little less but all in all they are good pads and the dust problem is massively reduced.
