is this possible? is it a special order? how much more? can it be done in canada?

Given enough money, sure it's possible. Yes, it would be a special order. For 2010 (in Canada) it was $1500 to special order it and another $2000 for the paint ($3500 in total). You might want to check with your dealer to see if they'll cut you a break on that.
