Default Drivers window question

I pull into my garage, all the windows are all the way down. I shut the car off, open the drivers door, and the window goes up a tiny bit. Close the door, and the window drops.

TBH, I haven't checked to see if it happens on the passenger side, or if it happens when the car is running.

I don't know why it bothers me, but it does. So I asked my local dealer service department about it. She told me that it's normal, happens on every Audi.

So... does it?

It's normal for all of the frameless window cars.

OK. Thanks.

I would have thought that it would have popped up a bit after the door was closed, to 'seal' into the top. My old beetle did that, after the windows got reprogrammed and the top got replaced (recall issue). Prior to being fixed, the window was 'up' too high, and clipped the top when the door was being closed.
