Looking for a 4-door replacement for my '13 S5
So here's the deal, I love my S5, I really do, and when I got it 3 year ago, I was the only regular passenger. Well, times have changed and now I routinely have backseat passengers and as we all know, the S5/A5 backseat is not the easiest thing to get in and out of, even if your passengers are children. So I'm faced with the difficult decision of what 4-door vehicle will potentially replace my S5 and looking for viable suggestions. I have a few options in mind but I'm curious what this community thinks.

LOL. M3. But Audi does make an S4...
It's quicker, larger, better mileage, etc. etc. And hella tunable…turbo, etc. VERY smooth, better IMHO than the V6 audi. We have an A5 but will probably go with a 335Xi next lease. I'll keep my E46 M3 thankyouverymuch.
The M3 is now a sedan, the M4 is the coupe.
Audi makes an S4…have you tried that?
The good part about the 4-door M3 is that it is somewhat less expensive than the M4 coupe. PRobably comparable in price to the S5. You could also go with a 335Xi, turbo car, tunable for +75hp either Dinan (keeps warranty, no argument with dealer) or aftermarket which will give ~400hp and more torque than the S5.

I strongly considered it since they're very similar on paper, but the A6 doesn't have the same feel that I get in the S5. It drives like what it is, a luxury sedan, not a sport sedan. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that, but it just doesn't compare with the exhilaration I get now and I'm not sure if I'm willing to give that up. Also similar on paper is the SQ5. I haven't driven one though so I can't really speak to the feel but I've heard that it will surprise you since it doesn't feel like an SUV. I should get the chance next week when my dealer gets a pair of them in. BMW and Mercedes are also possibilities I suppose. Almost too many choices out there.
