Hey guys,

Given that RS5 supply was dwindling and I'd been gently car-shopping for more than a year (long story), I went for it. Not the color I would have chosen (alas, a Sepang Blue RS5 cab was nowhere to be found), but I still think she looks awesome... and as many of you know, she is such a joy to drive.



Hoping to get some better pictures later this week, but here are a few snaps I took yesterday (in the very harsh light of mid-day LA) --








So, the 2013 S5 cab (with less than 13k miles!) will soon be off to a new home.

I purchased the S5 coup in Sepang and found the last one in AZ.
Hopefully in a few years I'll upgrade to the RS.

… come join us for weekend runs through the mountains. The Audi CLub has one this sunday. I usually have a group most sunday mornings… Angles Crest loop, Snata Monica Loop, Ojai Loop depending on time and interest. Generally start early and done by mid, or late morning with a stop for breakfast. Email me if you want some PDF maps of routes. This particular image is from The Rose Valley spur off of the old Maricopa Highway (CA33) - sixty miles of the best twisting roads you can imagine.

Thanks guys!! It's been a blast so far. Such a palpable difference from the S5. I haven't really availed myself of the B&O sound yet - enjoying the sound of that V8 too much.

Awesome man congrats.

They are my favorite style Audi Rim I like them in silver , charcoal and the black like yours. They even look badass with the black and red trim pin striping.
