I don't. But my RS has only 16k miles and at least every other day I try to give it revvs up and drive it a little harder for short periods of time to slow down the carbon process. I haven't heard anyone has carbon build up issues yet..But I think its not fixed for RS5 4.2 even though its not the same 4.2 like in RS4. Its still FSI so I think it tend to build carbon around 35-45k miles..will see

I had some cold start misfires around 15k miles. Dealer updated the ECU. Misfires returned within a week. They peeked into the engine and saw minor carbon buildup on cylinder 6. They dumped two cans of fuel cleaner in the tank and told me to drive it hard for 50 miles, so I did. It was fine until the other day. Cold start misfires started again for about three mornings in a row. Eventually the CEL stayed on. Had an appointment for this week, but the CEL cleared itself earlier and so far everything is good. I did do a few extra redline runs in an attempt to clear some gunk out and so far everything is good again. I'll have them take a look when I take it in for my 35k service unless it starts happening again sooner. Maybe this time it was just some bad fuel.

My RS4 has 33K and no cell lights yet

Already 55K km and no problem whatsoever. When warm, I revv it and also drive > 240 km/h when possible on the German Autobahn.
Always use BP Ultimate or Aral 102. Did some powerbench test and there was 10-20% less "error correction" required (then with Shell vPower) resulting in approx an additional 10 BHP!
BTW, I thought the RS5 V8 is different from the previous (S4/S5 coupe/RS4) V8, and this one originated from the R8 (=Lambo) V10 minus 2 cylinders (therefore the same high revving until 8350 rpm and the typical noise).

This 4.2 is completely different that the one in the v8 R8 and the RS4. According to Audi it is similar to the new V10 with 2 less cylinders.
Carbon build will happen in any DI engine but AUDI did change some of the fuel injection timing to ensure better performance for the new v8/10 , we will get carbon build up at some point but not as frequent as before. (Knock on wood)
