sd card unreadbale

on my mmi system, i just set up a new sd card with mp3 files but it says unreadable, any ideas? my other cards read fine & the sd card reads fine in my phone & computer

You can only use cards up to 32GB and not SDXC.

SDHC cards will work fine. SDXC cards could be a problem.

Did you format the card fat 32?

i formatted th ecard as directed on the computer, it asks do you want to format. it does not specify fat 32

I think they need to be formatted as FAT32 not NTSC.

Are you right clicking on the sd card - it will give you options.
