Default Sim pin

I have a Tmobile sim in the car but it isn't through audi. Is the pin entry blocked? I tried using the iPhone app and have the pin but when trying to enter it in the car it is blacked out and you aren't able to select sim pin entry

The myAudi PIN and SIM PIN are two completely different things. The SIM PIN is used to optionally unlock the SIM and it only needs to be entered if you insert a locked SIM. The myAudi PIN goes somewhere else. You wanna go to online destinations and then select "Find destinations from myAudi account". It will then ask you for the myAudi PIN. That's where you enter the PIN you have. It'll be stored and you don't have to enter it anymore in the future.
