Default Weird noise that goes with the engine inside the car

Hi I just got a 2014 S5 from Audi Approved: Used Car Centre. The car has 100km on it so its pretty much brand new. I took it home today and I realised when I was driving there is this weird kinda noise that comes when I go at cruising speed around 60-70km and as i slow down or let go of the throttle the noise slowly goes away. When my car is stopped its dead quiet and normal.

I uploaded a clip of the sound here hope you can hear it clearly.
its not the "boom boom" sound, thats the highway bridge joints I'm running over but its the sound behind it. This high frequency rattle buzzing kinda sound. Towards the middle of the clip I let go of my throttle so you can hear it even more clearly. I recorded this by sticking my iPhone to the area below my steering wheel where the pedals are. It doesn't sound as loud as the clip if your sitting in the car but you do hear this subtle sound that happens when you cruise. It seems to follow the movement of my engine or throttle.

I'm wondering what this noise is?.. or what could it be? Doesn't sound normal to me.. Coz when i test drove an S5 at Audi i don't recall having such a noise and its actually quite annoying.

Thanks hope someone can help : )
