I just ordered this kit by Caractere from a vendor in California which includes tail pipes, rear apron, and new front bumper. Kit arrives in 3 weeks, and I will work with my local mechanic in NJ for the installation. Will replace stock exhaust in top right with square tail pipes, new apron and new Caractere Front bumper.

Thanks for offering, but Im going to keep the stock parts, in case i decide to ever switch back.

Parts arrive this week, and installation set for next week.
My local guy is charging $800 for paint and installation. for front and back bumpers

This is one of those few times I get angry with Audi. As much as I love 95% of their design, they have the plainest stock tailpipe tips. It would cost no extra money to craft these square tips seen here, and it looks 100% more interesting than plain ovals. Oh Audi, come on. Hyundai and Kia have you beat in the tailpipe department!

Caractere rear kit out the box. Did a mock check for fitting for the rear diffuser before sending out to be primed and painted gloss black.

I havent bolted it in, but i can see this is super easy plug and play. No skills required. Sending out tomorrow morning. Hopefully have it back by Thursday for a perfect weekend project.

Caractere Front Bumper with new RS5 Glass black grille (from ECS Tuning), and blacked out emblem I bought off ebay. I used the stock license plate holder screws right into the 2 holes on the grille.
