On the 2014 A5, are there any differences between the S-Line and no S-Line besides the sports seats and flat steering wheel? Like, as far as the exterior, are there any differences at all?

Well the 14 A5 I bought has the S line Competition Package
So maybe there are 3 different options ?
But my S line Competition Package consists of ;
19" 5 segment spoke wheels, Titanium finish
Summer tires
Sport suspension
S line exterior
Black exterior moldings and side mirrors
S line leather / Alcantara sport seats
Four way lumbar support for front seats
Piano black inlays
S line flat bottom steering wheel w/shift paddles
Aluminum optic pedals
Black cloth headliner.

The Monroney sticker had this option priced out at $4300.00

When I was shopping for a used A5, I downloaded an old sales brochure. I was most helpful as it's quite definitive of the differences between the S-Line and non S-Line. It was also quite handy to show the various package levels available and how certain options are included in each and which are unique to each.
My signature at the bottom reflects the trim/package level of mine.
When you get to the point of final selections, ask to see (or for a pic) of the options label for that car. That options label has a lot of alph-numeric codes on it that reflect each and every option that car has. That label is usually located in the trunk area - sometimes by or near the spare tire. The attached pic is what mine looked like so yours should look somewhat similar. I 'll look for the search engine where you plug in those options codes to get an explanation of what they actually are.
