Default 95 Cabriolet Wheel Alignment Issues.

Just got a 95 cabriolet. It pulls to the right when going down the highway. The previous owner just had new falken tires put on. The tire store suggested he replace one cv halfshaft, ball joint, and a tie rod end. Which he did. Then he got an alignment which came with the tire purchase. He said the car drove straight after he put the parts on and he made sure he installed the new tie rod and measured the previous adjustment to put it back the same. But since he had a free alignment coming he figured he would go ahead an get it done. Now the car pulls. I got with him and took it back to the shop yesterday and they re aligned it. The steering wheel is straight now where as it wasn't after the previous alignment. But the car still pulls to the right. Any suggestions?
