Default ECS or JHM flywheel kit

Well, looks like I'm replacing my stock clutch after 28K miles... While I'm at it I thought I may go ahead and replace the flywheel with a lightweight one. I am trying to decide between the JHM Motorsport light flywheel kit:

or the ECS Tuning light flywheel kit:

Has anyone had any experience with a lightweight flywheel kit? Any other kits I should be considering? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
