I got my Carista yesterday and only have one fault code, which is my horn that doesn't work. I also hav message saying to add 1 Qt oil so I bought a dipstick from ECS Tuning. My Service du needs to be reset.
Carista won't let me enable footwell lights in motion. They only come on when you open the doors.
My next stop might be to buy VAG-COM.

Did not need to buy VAGCOM. The updated version of Carista did it all & then some. I was able to access the hidden menu to turn on more good stuff. Also no fault codes at last check. Car's running like a champ!
