Default License plate bulb (festoon) change out

I recently followed another thread on A5OC.com to change out my license plate bulbs to 1 watt LEDS. Looks pretty good, I think:

The other forum thread has detailed instructions including which bulb is appropriate to prevent "Bulb Failure" warnings and such.

License Plate LED Change Out

Default nice...

I really really like that.
It will make it easier for me to get my EZ pass or yellow-turned into red photo tickets!

Just kidding.

WOuld love to do that. Haven't checked that link yet, but where did you get the bulbs?

Default Got the bulbs from Tunerdomes

They had the correct bulb that wouldn't cause a bulb failure warning like some LEDs. Install only took about ten minutes.

Tuner Domes License Plate Bulb

Default Be careful

to follow the instructions on the other thread. The bulb cables can slip back if not properly handled. Just use caution as the other thread instructions detail.

Default What color are your lights?

Are those the blue, or the extreme white bulbs?
