I have a feeling Black Optik will be available afterwards. It is available in other markets and previous North American models. It will come...

Besides being quite an entertaining Mannequinchallenge, there is a sweet little white A5 in this video...

There is that option in Germany and other "free choice" (as opposed to packaged cars) markets, it is the Sport seat style, and uses black ventilated Milano leather. I was under the impression this was available for NA A4 models. The S Sport seat cannot be ventilated.

Thanks for correcting me. I did not notice it being offered with the Sport style seat.

Can anyone provide insight as to why you can't get wood inlays on Audi S models in lieu of the Carbon Fiber or Aluminum? Little pieces of carbon fiber aren't going to make a 3500 pound car go any faster, and I'd love nothing more than an S5 Sportback or the next-gen SQ5 (whenever that comes down the pike) with wood inlays. Both the BMW 440i M-Sport and the MB AMG C43 (logical equivalents to the S5) are available with wood inlays.

You may be able to do a special order. If memory serves me correctly, my '10, '11, and '15 S5s were only available with Aluminum or Carbon Atlas.

I always loved the layered aluminum/black wood trim. I hope they bring that back.

Thanks! I got my '15 S5 off the lot. I have seen S4's with the Layered Aluminum/Black Wood, but never an S5. I would have preferred that!
