Does anyone know if the "Ventilated Front Sports Seats" that replace the "S Sport Seats" in the S5 warm weather package have any differences besides the Milano Leather and ventilation system? In terms of looks, and functionality is it the same?

No, they are completely different seats in design and function.

S sport seats have adjustable side bolsters and massage function (at least mine do). Ventilated seats do not.

Yep, biggest thing is losing massage and adjustable side bolsters.

It's too bad Audi makes you choose. BMW and Mercedes have it down but Audi seems to struggle with the perforations on the thinner nappa leather.
