Default 01V Tiptronic Allroad vs A6

Manual 6 spd tranny for Allroad and A6/S4 are different.
What are the differences between the 01V (5HP19FLA) used in the Allroads (most are EYK) and A6 (most 2.7T are FAQ)?

Again, different final drive ratio (but internal gearing the same)?

If I wanted to swap an A6 tiptronic (FAQ) into an Allroad, what would need to changed? Just the center diff (at the end of the tranny)?

The gear ratios are different.

I learned this the hard way by flashing the wrong software 156DJ over 156A and it was shifting funny and got the codes below.
Once flashed back to original, all is well. Wether the difference is in valve body or the planetary/sun gears I do not know.

Go to link below. It's a PDF you can find in many places. In the first couple of pages is has a list of all the 01V variants and their applications. Then scroll down to the individual parts listed to see those that are different. There are loads of different combinations. The differences could be an individual gearing component, clutch variations or valve body differences to name a few.

It depends on which A6 you sourced and which allroad its going into.

Couldn't find anything on gearing, final drive etc with respect to differences between a 2003 A6 2.7T BEL car and a 2001 Allroad 2.7T APB car.

From what I can see, the internal gearing components are identical for both transmissions. The output for the front wheels is also different. You would have to change these components as well as the centre diff.
