2.5 TDI allroad 2002 AKE (tiptronic) slow acceleration, poor power
Hi,
on Allroad 2.5 TDI 2002 AKE changed EGR valve (and broken inlet hose) and oil sump filter/separator and now on straight road and downhill everything looks ok (noticed slow delayed response on throttle) but on small hill or bigger hill it revs very hard and going slow up to 3 K rpms and suddenly explodes and goes up to 4 K rpms where he get lots of power.
Also gear change now is on much higher revs.
Problem is more noticable when engine gets hotter.
Tried disconnecting MAF same thing even worse only clouds of black smoke noticed.
ECU doesn't show any error.
Engine in neutral car revs fine, wastegate actuator is lifting and lowering as revs changes.
Old EGR was leaking, didn't hold vacuum, oil was visible.
Found out that I have broken intake hose from filter to turbo intake, replaced but same behaviour again.
What I noticed is that when during acceleration I shortly remove foot from throttle and push it again car revs up quickly but again it stalls on some rev .eg. I push throttle car revs up to 2 K rpm shifts gear and then stops reacting to throttle if then I remove foot from throttle and push it again it revs up to 2.5 K rpm and again not revving up any more.
I checked vacuum pipes, check N75 (basic settings group 011) it moves waste gate valve up and down.
Logged block 011, in attachment raw data and PDF plotted with gnuplot. If someone has time to look any help and advice would be valuable.
raw log:

ploted pdf (requested, actual pressure, n75 duty cycle):

ploted pdf (requested, actual pressure, rpm):

Do somebody have similar experience and what to look next?
Thnx!
p.s. sorry for repost from TDI discussion, but nobody answered there...

Hi,
solved, issue is faulty EGR, new one leaking on intake side so turbo could not build up pressure. Test was performed by blanking intake side from intake to of EGR after that engine got all the power and again works like a beast.

if someone needs data for corelation here are boost and MAF and rpm in time before EGR delete:
pdf requested, actual boost and rpms:

Also forgot to say oil leak is gone
