airspring O ring grease or no grease?

i've read now some say grease the orings top/bottom with lithium grease and some say don't grease the top?

i'm assuming i should grease both but can someone chime in

Arnott instructions say to grease the top one.

I had one replaced this summer and my mechanic greased the top one. It is still very early but so far no problem.

thanks picked up some lithium grease at walmart tonight so i'll give it a whirl this weekend i'll do top/bottom to be paranoid
