check the toothed belt tension and tensioning roller "
Again, Services position, Covers, re chake toothed belt tension and tensioning roller and re made.

For the tdi, in particular the AKE engine, try the audi-sport forums from the UK. Hopefully adamss24 will respond. He has forgotten more about the V6 tdi than the rest of us will ever know.
