Thank you will do. Should I buy a second hand tcu to test if the connections are ok? Seriously thinking about a manual conversion as I don't want to buy a gearbox if that isn't the fix 😣 thanks for the reply

I'm thinking it's probably your tranny, itself. It's just a good idea to check the cheaper stuff first. Your TCU is communicating, so the module itself seems okay. Might just be a few connections compromised.
I don't want to get your hopes up, though. You may want to look into a 6 speed conversion...

Did you check the transmission fluid? Color and smell. It can tell you a lot
by the way the tcu is in the drivers footwell In Car with a steering wheel on the right side

You have a valve body problem. Drop the pan and test your EPC solenoid.
