Not sure about the wheels, but the tires are different diameter (about 2.5%) which is bad for a AWD vehicle. Regardless of wheels you need different matching diameter tires.

that helps, but just want to make sure I'm understanding.

Are you referring to the tire width? 255 vs 275?

the 45 is a percentage of width. you need to go to tire rack, and compare the overall diameter of the tires to match oem.

I agree with the above poster. Use the calculator to match up correct tire height on different width rims. I have to use that with a lot of Europe cars at work. If you do not match up, you will be replacing a differential. I do a lot of differential repairs on BMW x-drive when someone has a worn out tire on one side and a newer tire on the other.

5v/cyl, helpful link.

ok, it's making sense now. This my first Audi. I've always had merz wagons, so i'm having to do a lot of homework.

I like the rims and the price is great but I don't know much about fitting tires and wheels. I think I need to check with a shop on the tires and spacers(if needed).

Thanks again.
