With what kind of water I mix the coolent G 13? Tap water, Refined water, Soft water , Osmosis water (VW say H2 O)

Don't use tap water. Most coolant systems call for distilled water, or deionized water. This will prevent contaminants from being introduced into your cooling system, leading to corrosion and ultimately reduced performance and eventual failure of the system (and breakage of your wallet.)

what ive been using is the spot free water from the carwash
it filtered multiple times and with it being spot free, minimal 'other' content
