Horrible noise coming from engine

2004 4.2L 81,000 miles.

Any ideas?

Probably famous timing chain guides or a/s shaft gear stripped. BOth necessitate engine removal and fixing which can easily be 4-5k of total cost. It might be easier to sell the car for parts.
