Looking for advise on "Hands Free" cell phone...

Jaba...cheap, comfortable, or
go to a local mall and look for one of those cell ware guys. You know, the ones with all the funky crap for the phones.
There, you will likely find an overpriced cigarette lighter mount phone rest. Ask to see it and look for the web address on the card (has something about navigator in the address).
Order from them cuz it is cheaper.
This also doubles as a charger AND handsfree phone adapter.

That's not a real AR mod.
As someone who is in the business of wireless I stay with the OEM power accessories as they tend to meet long term expectations.
Here is a product that one of our fellow allroaders installed and I'm going to install in my allroad. I picked up a Nokia 6820 to use with the system.
The link is to my store if you care and I'm bringing in Audi specific mounts etc to support mobile electronics.
mention Audiworld on an order and 3 day shipping is free.<ul><li><a href="http://store.bizshopr.com/parck3000.html">BluetoothTM Handsfree with voice activated dialing</a></li></ul>

That's great, but let's say i decide to go the bluetooth route...
What would i need to buy from your store to be able to make hands-free wireless calls with my Motorola V60? I see there's a bluetooth adapter for my phone, but what else would i need?

You could use a DC600 (BT adapter) and the parrot system for the handsfree portion. That would do it - you may want a cradle to hold your phone as well - personal preference on that one. The voice activated dialing would likely only work for the 1st 10 contacts on the v60 since it has limited support for that.
The cool part about the parrot is that is designed to integrate with the audio system providing mute of stereo and feeding the phone audio though the speaker system.
Several AW members have used them now including an allroader.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/501114.phtml">A4 install</a></li></ul>

Any competant car audio install shop could do it. I'm going to do mine myself as it looks very plug-in and play. Check the link I posted below to the allroader who installed one.
This is a Bluetooth Kit, so your phone will need to support Headset or handsfree profiles in BT mode... I don't recall your model phone being Bluetooth capable so you will need to consult Nokia
