First piece of advice is to actually get a real vag-com scan vs. the generic OBDII scan you posted, since other than stating you 'potentially' have bank 1 O2 sensor bad...there's not much else.

Could be O2 sensor, could be a pre-cat exhaust leak (flex pipes most likely), could be cat is bad.
That's not going to help much in this case, all it will do is confirm that the code is what is causing the CEL, it's not going to tell you exactly what is wrong.
