The compressor does run, and builds pressure. Like I said above, it showed 4.88 bar on screen and was still rising. So I'm pretty positive it isn't the issue, just doing the rebuild as a preventative maintenance as well as inspection on the unit too. I'm hoping its just stuck valves in the block.

Ok, quick update. I took the panel to the compressor off and tried to oil the lines. When I put the car back down of the jack, the level light is now stuck at 2 and the compressor won't turn on. Im thinking this might be a control module issue?

Well, great update. I did the rebuild on the compressor while it was on the car (since the pressure would not build above 5.22 bar) and it worked like a charm. I went into vcds, did the output test and bam! It came up! I still have the light and its telling me control level not learned and also gave me a shutoff due to hot code. Once thos are fixed I should be good to go?


BTW, no air leaks and it held its height a 3 all night long!!!!
