I still cant understand your voltage drop. This is very bad. Have you checked battery and chassis grounds. I am sure you know all brown wires are grounds. Check them for resistance using your meter.

BTW, you should change your title to this thread to indicate your trans is a TIP. I almost passed right by it thinking it was a 6 speed with its usual 1st gear problem. There are some very bright TIP guys on this forum and QW that may think the same. (Scotty @ Advanced for instance ) You should also post it to QW.

that would be 4th gear and reverse, the "PRND" letters would all be solid on the display. most likely TCM or connections, VAG data should help.

Yep, battery and grounds is fine, at the terminal under the dash it gives about 12-13 volts

You don't think my Ross-Tech is enough?
Yeah my transmission is in limp mode, just drives in 2nd and 3rd and reverse

It could be a number of things, all I can suggest is finding someone near you to diagnose it.
