when posting pictures, and you have the url for each, just click on the yellow square with mountain region on it( by the features where you can bold or italicize your typing) which says, "insert image" when you glide over it. this is where you can insert the URL each and every time you want to post a picture. Easier way also is to scroll down underneath "miscellaneous options" you'll see the "attach files" section, click on manage attachments tab and from this you'll be able to post pictures which are housed on your computer's hard drive and/or desk top.
