Default P0300 Multiple Misfire

So my 01 AR had started to get a little rough under heavy load. It started as a surging feeling. Today, I floored it pulling onto a busy road, and the car was stumbling and missing bad. The check engine light flashed for a few seconds, then cleared. Just to test, I floored it again. Same results.
I know to start by swapping coil packs to track down a bad one, but I'm not getting any specific cylinders. Any clue where to start?

I did that, and it only showed P0300. Does Vagcom let you scan all banks at once, or are you limited to only 4 sensors?

that im not sure but we can maybe rule out a few things

what brand and octane of gas did you last put in?

last time spark plugs were changed?

last time fuel filter was changed?

whats the mileage of your ar? ICM's fail anywhere from 130-160k miles.

what brand and octane of gas did you last put in? Stop and Shop 93 octane. always use this gas.

last time spark plugs were changed? Plugs were changed when I did all the top end gaskets less than 100 miles ago.

last time fuel filter was changed? No idea. Couldn't find it in the records.

whats the mileage of your ar? ICM's fail anywhere from 130-160k miles. Mileage is about 128k.

So yesterday I took it for a ride, and rescanned it. Finally got more codes.

Misfire on 5 and 6 intermittent

I've also had the EGT, Secondary air, and cat insufficient air flow since I got the car. Can those contribute to a misfire?

egt im not sure, SAI and the CAT codes aren't the cause

swap the ICM's and see if the misfires move to the other bank of cylinders
im betting it will

I plan on trying the re-solder trick for the EGT sensors.

As for the ICM, if I find they're bad, is it worth doing the conversion to the newer style?

Just went out and tried to swap the ICMs. They are unique to each bank, so the connectors can't be swapped. Even the plugs on the firewall are not interchangable. Do I have to pull the pins and swap plugs? One is tan, one is black.
