10mm hub centric spacer will not fit flush on hub
I got 18x8 wheels with 245x45x18 tires that I tried mounting today, but the 10mm spacers I have will not fit on the hub. The allroad's wheel hub sticks out too much and pushes the spacer out about 3-4mm. It looks like it's bottoming out on the beveled lip of the spacer. Outside of going with 15mm spacers or making the spacer non hub centric, what can I do? Anyone else get 10mm hub centric spacers to fit the allroad's wheel hub?
TIA

Audi hub centric has a 45 deg bevel on its base so yes, it will push out plain hub centric spacer/rim. I believe BMW uses this kind of hubcentric mount and it is why it's a major pita to free the wheel from BMW hub sometimes.
I just got H&R 12mm spacers which are beveled for Audi and fit perfectly.

I didn't take pictures at the time but here are a couple of image search pics I edited to show what I mean. I might just end up grinding down the stock hub ring down to 10mm so the spacer fits flush. I don't think it'll cause any problems down the road, other than making the stock wheels a bit more difficult to mount. The spacers in the picture is what I have and it does have a 45deg bevel to account for the Audi hub base.

I see wheer the problem is. You got aluminum spacers which are weak and require them to keep certain amount of material for them to not tear... making them not fit your hub.
return that crap and get H&R spacers made of aluminum-magnesium alloy. Not enough they will fit like a glove, they will be corrosion resistant (aluminum corrodes), made up to the highest standards but most of all are much stronger which allows them to allow proper hub depths.

Yeah, I originally ordered ECS spacers instead of H&R to save some money, but they were backordered and kept getting pushed back so I resorted to ebay for the ones I have now. Anyone know if the ECS spacers will or will not have this same issue?

ECS Spacers will not have the same issue. We have 12.5mm in stock and 10mm are on order 4-7 days out still. Quick link to spacers for you, click click

How's the tire to spring spacing up front with the 255's?
And how wide are your wheels? I'm assuming 8" or wider as that seemt to be the tire manufacturers recommendation. I just ordered some 255's (Conti DWS) for a set of 8½ wide ET20 wheels. The tire to spring clearance up front is my only concern. Hopefully 2mm won't make much of a difference. Variations in tires by manufacturers might however.
