Default Sticky drivers window.

The drivers window on my 03 AR is giving me fits. It goes down fine, but struggles going up.

Symptom: It will make it 1/2 way up fast with no problems but then starts slowing down to the point of reversing at times or overheats motor and cuts out temporarily. Once is makes it to the last few inches or so, it speeds right back up and closes fine.

Everything has been replaced that mechanically moves the window. New clips, new motor, and new regulator. No change. Only thing that improves it is to spray lubricant on the rubber seals, but that is only a temporary solution and problem comes back a few weeks later.

I'm out of ideas. According to the volt gauge the motor is drawing alot of current and will draw down voltage as it strains to raise the window. It really seems as though the window seals are too tight, but how is that possible. If anything they should be getting looser with age. Window frame is not bent or any signs of damage. My latest attempted fix was the new regulator and it actually made the problem worse.

Any help would be great.
