Transmission won't go into gear.
Just changed out the turbos, reinstalled the motor, topped off fluids, and transmission won't engage? Any ideas? All connections seem to be correct and making contact.

the transmission is an AT five speed. No connections were removed due to removal of engine and turbos. Fluid is full according to ALLDATA procedure guidelines. Reset procedure by pressing pedal to floor for >5 seconds has also been performed. Questions are; 1 will this reset TCM from failsafe or limp home, and 2 will this disengage emergency mode
