Default PLEASE MAKE A FIX FOR YOUR PLASTIC AIR BAG TOPS

Hi Doug,

Ran across this post. I got an airbag from a friend. threads were stripped without him knowing. This is a very common problem. Would you please come up with a fix for this manufacturing defect. I recommend a metal fitting that can be tapped into the top of the bag and then put in the voss fitting.

Mark.

Our new front shocks are manufactured for Arnott by a leading shock manufacturer using our specifications for valving and quality and are backed by Arnott's Limited Lifetime Warranty in the US and EU. They were well tested and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We are currently working on and testing new affordable, high quality, rear shocks which we hope to release soon but at the time of this post the company does not offer rear shocks.

Default Air springs

I ran with couple rear Arnott's been 3 years more than 100,000 KM, The Front replaced about a year ago, with a new model ( Conti Tech bags.) All this under the lifetime warranty. Excellent Customer Service.

Exactly. That is why I switched to Audi originals that I can professionally overhaul in a truck airpspring repair shop. That is nonsense that man can fit the Voss fitting only once and later a air blows off slowly at the thread.
The metal fitting is also questionable on the head as a whole Still in 2013 when I used the Arnott bags and was very careful with the assembly, However, one torx pulled out the metal fitting at only 18Nm. I did not complain just glued the fitting back. Therefore I would recommend to return to the alloy version.
