Who wants a trailer hitch? There is now a better option available.

Has anyone done a fixed flat 4 connector? I am not a fan of danling connectors on wires (prefer mounted connector as done with 7 pole and factory 13 pole).
At least I think there is a 7 pole connector solution possible (using the flip down bracket)?

I use the 13 (?) connector that'll plug into factory wiring and made up a reducer to 4 for the simple trailer connector using some NAPA part. I use zip ties to hold the assembly to the trailer tongue. Done this on several 1400-mile trips with trailer behind AR.

NOT very classy looking, more like redneck truck.
Will soon do another hitch install, thought someone might have come up with a clean (mount a 4 pint receiver to the hitch) solution.
Have to check the manual and search available info, but I thing there is a clean solution for round 7 pin receiver, or?

Providing a clean install, with plug in connector mounted to swing down bracket.
No dangling wires or other ghetto method.
Clean factory look and function.

I don't know all that much about towing electrical so just wondering why it needs that.
I'm not pulling a trailer I just carry my dirtbike on the back with one of those bike haulers. I want to put lights on it though because the wheels of my bike stick out over the tail lights a bit making them somewhat hard to see. Before some idiot rear-ends me and potentially destroys the car/hitch/carrier/bike and then blame not being able to see my tail lights I figured it safest to just put some simple lights on the carrier. Also don't want Johnny Law busting my ***** about it should he be in the mood to ruin my day. So again do I need that power converter to make that possible?
Thanks.
Here's a pic. Never seen anyone do this with an AR yet.

I DID ghetto wire my first AR (cut the Euro 13 out, wire up flat 4). It IS working.
Yesterday, started wiring a 2nd AR. Stumbled upon what to do with pin 5 and 7 (right and left tail light).
I forgot if I just one one or the other? Or wired BOTH to the same wire?
Would hate to rip my existing (working as far as I know) setup apart to figure out how i did it.

I'm probably gonna give this a try and sounds like I might be okay for just the 2 simple lights I will be mounting. Thanks alot.

I have wired ground (white/3), Left turn (yellow/1) and Right Turn (green/4).
Working.
Unclear about
- Tail lights (brown; 5 or 7 or both?)
- Brake (no such wire on flat 4; red? Euro is pin 6)
Will try:
1) brown/5
2) brown/7
3) brown/6
Depending on above: 5 or 7 PLUS 6?
